Cellar Select signifies our cellar door exclusive wines and this one has been chosen for its balance and depth. The fruit of this wine was sourced for our premium vineyards in the Limestone Coast.
The grapes were machine harvested from the Mundulla Vineyard near Bordertown and transported to our Hunter Valley winery where the fruit is chilled down to 8 degrees in stainless steel tanks.
